It’s nighttime in a distant forest somewhere in the metaverse. It’s quiet… too quiet.
Chickens have already laid their $EGGS, waiting for their owners to collect them. Their worst nightmares are right outside the coop door, waiting patiently for the opportunity to strike… SSSSSsssSnakes are sidewinding underneath the weeds, making sure they can steal from the chickens — like they try to do every night. The snakes are merciless and relentless creatures, and they’re always after the chickens and their valuable $EGGS. They even try to kidnap chickens!
We hear a sound, COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO. It’s the bodyguard, the savior: Roosters! They are up all day and all night, trying to protect the chickens. They can do so much with snakes everywhere, and only 30 roosters watching over the farm. Roosters are there for one job and one job only, to protect the coop from the evils of snakes… in exchange for some $EGGS of course. What? You thought they’d do it for free…?!
Snakes visit chickens every night to collect their share of $EGGS, and if your chicken feels lucky, it can choose ‘risky claim,’ which is a double or nothing type deal. Snakes might stuff their bellies with $EGGS, but that doesn’t satisfy their appetite for malfeasance, so if they see an uncooped chicken(or snake?), they won’t hesitate to kidnap.
